About Zach
I have a Master of Arts in Teaching for Mathematics Education from UT-Dallas (2011) and a PhD for Mathematics Education from Texas State University (2017). I am currently working in academia, as well. I have taught as low as 5th grade, all the way through upper level undergraduate courses regarding math subjects. I have a kid, wife, and pet, and have found that students like my one-on-one sessions with them in various contexts. I have also presented and published about teaching. I have taught: Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus 1, History of Math, Pre-Calculus, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Elementary Algebra, Pre-Algebra, Saxon Math, Elementary Statistics, Math Literacy, Higher Order Thinking in Mathematics, and Algebraic Reasoning for Secondary Mathematics Teachers.
