About Saqlain
As science subjects teacher, my foremost desire will be to develop critical thinking. Science Can't grow without one's sense to question everything rather than taking it as it is.
I make my students to revisit their basic concepts every now and then, as whole science lies in these basic things. My style is not to pre-suppose that student know this or that thing. I feel no shame to even revise basic concepts.
I believe teaching is also a process for learning. So, I also learn a lot from my students.
I'll be more than happy if I could be helpful to anyone in this learning process because development of society depends on thinking minds and education is the weapon to keep mind busy in thinking.

First of all, I make a list of the basic concepts which will be used in the course. Then by asking student about them I get the idea where he/she stands. Thats how I develop my further strategy to teach him/her.
I have self motivated students as well as who require some push to move forward.
