About Aubrey
Hi! My name is Aubrey, and I provide tutoring in Math, Economics, and Test Prep in the Greater Seattle area. I recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Applied Mathematics and a CalTEACH minor which provided me with opportunities to work directly in high school classrooms under a mentor teacher. Additionally, I have recent experience taking multiple AP exams, as well as the SAT.
My goal is to foster a love for mathematics and encourage students to become independent problem-solvers through developing personal strategies. While helping with homework is important, I aim to enhance the tutoring session through extra problems and topics that expand and support their learning. I can do in-person and virtual sessions. If your student needs academic support this school year, I’d love to introduce myself and better understand your student’s school needs. I believe mathematics applies to every person's life and all students have the ability to succeed at math.
