About Connor

I love working with students to help then realize their potential! I've tutored college students in accounting and finance, and enjoy helping students find answers to complex problems.

I earned my bachelors degree from the University of Puget Sound, receiving a B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in International Political Economy. I graduated with Cum Laude, and as a top Finance student, receiving an excellence award given to three students upon graduation. During college, I was a Finance and Accounting tutor, helping students on a variety of coursework. As part of my college curriculum, I took Algebra, Calculus, Finance, Accounting, Politics, Economics, and much more. In high school, I tutored and mentored younger students as part of an after school care program.

I typically set aside the first 10-15 minutes just to hear about the student's needs, their study/learning habits, and what the ideal outcome of our relationship would be. This way, I can get a full picture of what the student is trying to accomplish before I begin helping them. I then walk through what their coursework is, what issues they are having, and what they are doing well thus far.
