About Rez
I am a BS of Earth and Space Science at UW working towards a teaching career in math and science. I specializes in math and physical sciences, especially math, chemistry, and physics. My favorite subject to teach is Calculus. I have years of experiences with K-12 school tutoring, both one-on-one and in small groups, as well as working with teachers as TA. This is my way to gain experience and practice for my future teaching.
I started with my TA in high school. The experience sparked my passion for teaching.
I have tutoring and TA experiences in and out of school. I was part time assistant and tutor for ACI institute in Pasadena, CA before I moved to Seattle for college.

I like to get to know the student’s mindset in solving problems and overcoming difficulties. Math, like many other subjects, is fluid and multifaceted. Working together is more effective when I gained the viewpoint of the student, rather than myself.
I have worked high school students in classes, tutoring one on one for middle and high school students.
