About Charmaine
I have a passion for teaching that has led to me doing this job for over 28 years. I believe that all children can learn, you simply have to find the keys to unlock the paths to their success. Over the course of my career I have honed my skills to cater to the needs of all my students. I have taught at all levels of school from kindergarten to grade 5 and have been instrumental in helping children achieve success in reading and math.
I became interested in teaching because I felt that my brother as a special needs student was not given the attention he needed. I wanted to give other children a chance to succeed

I have a 95 percent success rate after working with a new student
I have worked with AIG, ADHD, autistic and other special needs students.
Despite the constraints of the situation caused by COVID, I had a blast working with my class on line. I had to find new and innovative ways to keep them interested in instruction when they were not directly in front of me. The sessions were enjoyable for all of us.
