When a learner becomes excited about learning is my greatest reward.

I like to first understand what the needs are. At times learning is a not a lack of motivation but no clear understanding of where the problem lies. I then create a plan to best reach the student.
Adults and children who lack motivation. Those who want to learn and just need someone to be patient with them. I have worked with those who have learning disabilities as well as physicall disabilities.
