About Sidney

When I was in school and would need a tutor, my main complaint was that most of my tutors didn't take the time to get to know me. Therefore they did not understand or have any idea of my learning style. This made it very hard to learn from many of my tutors and prolonged my misunderstanding of the subjects for which I was being tutored. I want to make the experience as easy as possible so for every first session I want to get to know who you are, I want to understand how you learn, and how you think through things so I can better help you understand what you need to.

I love learning new things and meeting new people, through tutoring, I am able to make new connections with clients, learn from there experiences and learn new ways of thinking through problems. Nobody learns the same way, so by tutoring, I am able to learn different ways of teaching people things, I am able to cater to an individuals learning needs and make adjustments as I learn more about them.

About the lesson

For our first session I like to get to know the student, I want to understand how they learn, how they work through issues and what they are having trouble with. During the following sessions, I will adapt lesson plans and practices that the student responds to best and
