About Chris
The pandemic has left students scrambling and struggling to learn much of the content on their own. My approach is to work with students with their current material and to also scaffold their learning by reinforcing important concepts that may have been missed last semester.
I can deliver sessions face to face (where possible) and online via Zoom.
I work one on one with students and also small groups of students who are working through the same material.
I have taught high school and college for 33 years and have provided tutoring for the past 10 years.

I like to get a feel for how much a student knows by asking lots of questions. From there, I determine what is the best approach to moving forward. That may range from me teaching them a topic to working through homework problems together.
