About Gray
I'm a third grade math teacher, master-level teacher. I'm up on the latest Texas standards for all elementary grades. I believe in conceptional learning, but I'm not afraid of teaching formulae either.
I love working at elementary level, because when you help a student come to understanding, see that lightbulb go off, it's like magic!

I use manipulatives a lot. Most students that need tutoring don't get it in class. They need a more conceptual approach. So that's where I start, and move them quickly to where they can keep up with or surpass classroom instruction.
