About Aimee
I've always had a passion for learning math. I have always been placed in honors math classes and earned straight A's. I am currently one year ahead in math for my age. I have been tutoring a seventh-grader since the beginning of the school year. since helping him, he has improved his grade from an F to an A. I would like to be able to help out others gain confidence in math and improve their grades.
I began this school year tutoring a seventh-grader on zoom.
Always been in honors math classes and currently am a year ahead in math than my age.

About the lesson

I begin by asking the student what's going well and where they feel they are struggling. Then watch them work through a math problem to figure out their learning style: auditory or visual. I encourage them to work through the problem then if stuck or struggling I help and make sure they understand and feel confident in their work. Then we move on to the next problem.
Seventh grade student.
