About Qurat

Mrs. Qurat Ul Ain has 04 years teaching experience in various government and private educational institutes, teaching calculus, trigonometry, and other mathematic subjects to bachelors and masters students. She has completed her M.Phil. from the university of the Punjab where her thesis focused on the topic of Digital Image Interpolation using Trigonometric Spline Functions. She is also an alumni of Lahore college for women university where she completed her bachelors in mathematics, securing a roll of honor certificate for her exceptional performance in studies. She was also selected as the secretary and later on president of Mathematics society in LCWU. She is a highly enthusiastic teaching professional who strives to provide all her students with quality education. She has a talent for bringing the classroom to life with real-world examples and interactive question/answer sessions. Her teaching mantra is that educational excellence should be focal point of every educationist and to achieve it, one must work with dedication, honesty and hard work.

I pursued the teaching career because in college I was inspired by one of my teacher. Her ability to guide the students, her fairness, her sense of justice made me aspire to bring these traits into my classroom.

About the lesson

My process while working with anew student is that firstly I try to build confidence in my student. then I, encourage questioning and make space for curiosity. Also, provide authentic problems that increase students’ drive to engage with math. Along with all this share positive attitudes about math.

I have worked with college and university students(both under-graduate and graduate).

The advice that I would give a student who is looking to hire a teacher in my expertise is firstly, the teacher should have patience , this is necessary, because if a teacher has patience then only he can answer every question of the student.
