About Elisa
My goal is to support students in a custom manner, catered to each of their unique learning styles. There is nothing better than being witness to a learner's progress personally and academically.
I acquired a MA teaching license, and a degree in Math for Elementary Education in 2018. Since then, I have been working 1:1 with struggling students in a public elementary school. I have also been privately tutoring since 2015.
I find immense joy in helping students master unfamiliar concepts. My inspiration to pursue a career in education came from helping a homeschooled student that I was nannying at the time. Seeing the look on his face when the lightbulb clicked on in his head, and knowing I helped was one of my most gratifying experiences.
