About Donaven
I have always had a passion for math. That is why I am choosing to study it and become an instructor in it for my career. I have taken math up to and including Calculus 2 and Differential Equations throughout highschool and through my first two years of college. First at Marquette University and now at Western Governors University.

First I like to spend time simply to understand and get to know my knew students. Teaching is less affective when there is an unfamiliarity present between parties. Then I learn what the student knows and what they need to know. Using the information that I gather about a students personality and the different ways they enjoy learning I create lessons and pathways that will hopefully enable the student to progress forward productively in their learning.
