About Lauren
Tutoring is such an amazing job. I love to see the light go off in a student's mind when they finally understand how a concept works. Its an incredible feeling. I have been tutoring since I was in middle school back in 2008. I've tutored in school and outside of school either at my house or another students. I have also had experience with being a Peer Leader at the University of South Carolina where I graduated with a Statistics degree in 2018. I was a Peer Tutor there, where I helped many students reach their academic goals. I also have a Mathematics degree from Bergen Community College. I was a member of multiple honor societies as well that also gave me opportunities to tutor and help other students. I have received the honor of President's list and Dean's list throughout my entire high school and college career. I also received an academic award for having the high GPA in my major! I hope to be able to help you reach those same goals!!
I have an associates degree in Mathematics and a bachelor's degree in Statistics. I have also worked for the University of South Carolina as a Peer Leader/Tutor where I tutored students in many different types of math and statistics courses. I have tutored many students in and outside of school from the time I was in middle school back in 2008.
