About Patricia
I always loved Math and it has been my favorite subject ever since I was a little kid.
I enjoy helping students boost their confidence to understand Math. Math can be a stressful subject and I would like to be the Math hero to students who are struggling in this subject.
I have a master's in business administration from Louisiana State University of Shreveport. I was accepted into the teacher's program in 2016 as a middle school Math teacher. Even though I decided to go a different career route, Math has always been my strongest subject.

I enjoy meeting my students face to face, via phone or internet and listening to their needs. I ask questions such as:
1. What needs to be done?
2. What deadlines exist?
I want my students to know that they are in good hands, I'm trustworthy.
I have a college assistance business that started in mid-2019. I mostly assist college-level students, but I can tutor students of all ages!
1. Ask as many questions as you need. You have to master your schoolwork, so it is always okay to ask as many questions as you need!
2. If you still don't understand something, please acknowledge it. Tutors want to make sure you are grasping the subject, so don't be afraid to ask if the information is not clear enough for you.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Think about the questions that would make meaning to the most important facts such as "what is confusing to me?' "what I don't understand?" " How can I explain this in my own words?"
