About Larry
Have worked with teens and up to 22 year olds. Have been successful in helping various students improve basic skills ie. One student improved 2 years in her reading, Another student learned how to do multiplication and division of frac tions. I have helped many students improve in their confidence This was as a Home Hospital Teacher working 1:1 in the home.I have roughly 45 years of teaching various Special Education Roles.In an "Achievement Program" dealing with "At Risk" 9th graders, I along with 3 other teachers were able to help 49 out 60 students graduate to high school
I enjoy seeing the look of joy and excitement on the face of a student when he or she "gets it". I enjoy helping special needs individuals feel confidence in what they're doing. I really enjoy working 1 on 1 with individuals
I have a Masters in Science of Education Degree, A Life Special Education Credential, and roughly 45 years teaching experience in the special education field recently including Home Hospital Teacher for approximately 15 years in a 1:1 situation in the students home
