About Christina
I have a passion for helping and encouraging students to find their true potential is Math and Science! Today’s math content can be confusing and a bit troubling trying to find those strategies that work best for your child. I’ve taught elementary aged students for the past 10 years in the Tampa area with a focus on Math and Science. I’m certified K-6 with added ESOL and Gifted Endorsements. I’m currently the Science Contact and STEM Lead at my Public Elementary school. Currently pursuing higher grade level certification. I teach full time in a 5th grade classroom but enjoy tutoring online and at times one on one.
Seeing students with that inner motivation to work hard and get it! Seeing their eyes light up or hear the excitement in their voices when they tackle a difficult math problem or complete their Science Fair projects!
Subbed at my local Elementary school after leaving nursing and the corporate world.
K-6 Elementary Florida Certified with ESOL and Gifted Endorsement .
