About Sydney

Along with helping young performers grow their talents and skills, we also want to focus on making sure they develop personally as well. Helping young performers reach their dreams and grow is the best part of our job. The sky is the limit here, and we won't stop until we have helped your performer reach their goals and then beyond.

Our employee has worked with Fendig Theatre for Children for two years now. While working with this group valuable skills were gained which included working with performers ages 9-14, adapating to these performer's learning styles, and most importantly how to make it fun for her performers.

Along with working for Fendig Theatre for Children, she has hosted a mini show choir camp for ages 7-14. During this experience she assisted in teaching vocals to the pieces that were to be performed as well as taught the choreography.

Next, she has assisted in the directing of two musicals, "Emma! A Pop Musical" and "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes". During both of these productions she assisted in teaching the music as well as choreographing each dance number.

Finally, she is currently giving virtual private vocal lessons through Fendig Theatre for Children. Virtual vocal lessons have been a challenge, but she has it down now.

Overall, by picking our service you will not only be getting coached in the performing arts, whether that be in acting, vocals, or dancing, but also in developing lifelong skills.

Currently I am in school in pursuit of a B.A. in Theatre. While at my university I take private voice lessons and have been coached in acting and dancing. Throughout my life, I have constantly been in pursuit of learning as much about theatre as possible. Whether this pursuit took place in the form of performing in musicals or learning through classwork. It is through this pursuit of knowledge that makes me qualified to train young performers.

About the lesson

My typical process for working with a new student is to get to know them and their goals. We cannot accomplish anything before I get to understand them and what they hope to gain through these training sessions. Once I have that information, we will go through some basics of what is being trained. After we go through the basics, the new student will get a lesson plan that is tailored just for them.
