About Jessica
My greatest passion in life is to help others to overcome their self-sabotage behavior and start living the life they deserve. I believe in the power of intuition as a guide for the human experience. As an artist and coach, I believe that creativity, clear communication in their self-expression are the basic tools to discover our true-selves and our desires.
Guided meditation classes/individual, coaching, REIKI energy healing, Spiritual Reconnection/Life & Success Coaching, or consulting with individuals to discover and create the life of their dreams. Currently, I am studying Hypnotherapy and Breathwork for certification.
Using different coaching techniques, various healing modalities with guidance services shifting the mindset, surrendering, regulating emotions, mapping & goal setting past all of the stuck points. You are your greatest healer.
As an artist & designer of creative jewelry, natural skin & hair care. I seek to bring balance for wholeness.
I believe that unity begins with oneself by bridging the gap which establishes community - with yourself and those in the world around you. Love is our driving force.
