About Evangeline
We model behaviors and mindset of top atheletes, artists, musicians and top leaders for the purpose of assisting our clients achieve outstanding results in their field of interest! I conducted the first research on Flow in the Workplace with Dr.Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi from the University of Chicago. He and I did leading edge work on positive psychology. I took the work and refined it to design a program that gets people into Flow, Creativity, Innovation and Productivity. I have a success formula for life and for business.

I work with them either on line or over the phone since COVID. I have questions that I ask and have them create an individual development plan. Questions like what lights you up and what gets you in a flow state? I use a similar process to my business clients as far as a life plan. We develop a champion mindset and follow the strategies that successful people follow.
