Hello everyone, I am Leona Lawrence a certified life coach, meditation coach, and a certified 200hr. yoga instructor . I have been practicing helping providing direction to one's life for 10 years. I am a very passionate person and believe healing comes through much love and peace in one's life. I been in practice though my own online services.
I enjoy bringing balance and love to each individual I come in contact with. This is accomplished by balancing each individual through mind, body, and soul. Everyone experience high' s and low' s in life. It is about focusing on how to deal with both and find the proper way to adapt in life.
