About Susmita
My professional service business specializes in coaching and mentoring for life transformation along with mindful meditation instruction. I have been practicing mindful meditation since 1993 and have coached and taught many over the years in workshop, conference and retreat setting as well as one to one private lesson. I am friendly, intuitive, skillful and emotionally intelligent to understand the challenges and needs of different levels of students from the beginner to the adavanced practitioner.

There is no typical student for me. I give individual attention to each student. Get some overview of their life stage, environment, character, temperament, work, interest, motivation and expected outcome for the lessons. Love every single one
I am pleasant and professional to work with and care 100% about student success as they define their own goals. Inspire and encourage them to be their best. A simple checklist is given periodically to keep track of the student progress. Whenever appropriate students are given a scale to score and self-assess their progress.
