About Vee
Hi My name is Vee Giritharan. I am a certified meditation and mindfulness teacher. I am also a certified Reiki healer.
I have been practicing meditation techniques for more than 15 years. Meditation has been a part of me. Just over a year ago, I began my formal certification and training.
My practice includes - Pranayama Breathing Exercises
- Successfully completed evidence - based Meditation and
Mindfulness Teacher Training from IMMA accredited school.
