About Amber
I am committed to helping others become stable and healthy mentally, spiritually, and physically. I am so so passionate about these things in myself and helping others achieve what I've been able to achieve. I want to enhance people's lives and decrease their anxiety, stress, and/or depression.
I am very understanding and able to put myself in others' shoes, which helps me very well in teaching different types of people. I've also helped people that had no sense of their spiritual self and people that saw no hope. I've been meditating for 2 and a half years, focused on my mental and spiritual health for 3 and a half years, and on my physical health for 7. Meditating has completely changed my life and I am committed to teaching these ways to as many people as I can. I just recently got certified to teach meditation and I am beyond excited to help others take control of their health too.
I found my passion for mental, spiritual, and physical health when I took a stress management class in college.
I am a certified meditation instructor.

About the lesson

First I focus on understanding their needs mentally. Then I give them a couple short guided meditations and have them journal their experiences. I reasses and tweak to what is needed. I give techniques and ideas. Usually after about a month is when results are being noticed and then we continue the process.
People that have no sense of their spiritual self, ones that have no hope for life, open-minded people, people that are trying to figure themselves out, people that are also interested in their health, people of different religions.
Look for someone that is able to personalize their expertise to your needs.
