About Cheryl
With over 13 years of experience, I guide women through deep inner transformation using life coaching, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing. I help women move through life transitions with clarity, compassion, and practices that reconnect them to their truth. My retreats and sessions blend science and spirituality, creating powerful spaces for release, healing, and renewal. Every experience is designed to bring you back home to yourself so you can rise with purpose and live aligned.
I have been practicing myself and began teaching on my college campus where I work. I work with students, faculty, staff on campus and have been do private sessions one-on-one since early 2019. I also have an online meditation program, Ready, Set, Meditate.
