About Howie

I hope you are having a great day, and thanks for inquiring about classes. I have been teaching, and coaching for over 30 years. I am also certified by Ananda Organization to teach Kriya Meditation which are the classes that I now teach for interested people of all experience levels.

I have been involved in teaching and coaching most of my adult life in both Business and less formal settings. Music, Meditation, Corporate team coaching / management team sports, are all part of the journey travelled to give me a more well rounded approach to understanding and responding to of those I provide service to.

I customize instruction by assessing the following:

- Goals (relaxation, mental clarity, sleep, expansion, etc)
