About Jayne

I love learning and I especially love teaching!

I've been an Administrator and Executive in multiple sectors over the last 40 years. This wealth of experience has helped me to recognize trends (before they become that) and apply proven processes and technologies to modern day problems.

There really is nothing new under the sun ...

My teaching style allows me to equip the learner with the tools to continue the learning experience independently.

It happened by default many years.

I suspect avid learners morph into teachers as a part of the propensity to share what they've learned.

I have been a (1) corporate instructor, (2) instructor for City Colleges of Chicago, and (3) the defacto "silent professor" for many corporate professionals.

About the lesson

My process begins with a conversation where I can understand exactly what the student expects to accomplish and why it is important for them to learn this new thing.

I've worked with primarily adult learners, particularly those embarking on new career paths that require new skill sets.

My advice to new students is BE PREPARED TO LEARN. Learning is an intentional process.
