About Jesi
I am excited to meet you. I seek to be an encouraging member of your support network. My goal is to assist you in reaching your goals. This can be accomplished by uniquely tailoring an action plan that allows you to take control of your workflow.
I thrive in social networking environments, enjoy brainstorming ideas, investing in others as well as sharing my creative talents and experiences. As a life long learner, I continuously strive to edify myself and explore how I can add value by developing and elevating those around me.
Initially tutoring eight (8) Vietnamese nuns while earning a Bachelor's Degree. This led to educating twenty-five (25) of the students from the women's athletic team in health and wellness behaviors. After graduation, as the Resource Education Coordinator for a national firm, developing tutorials and navigational manuals for professionals using the technology training program. Additionally, organizing six (6) statewide career fairs and creating instructional syllabuses for the student internship program, including training and educating four (4) new students per semester.
Professional: 13 years as a professional photographer, specializing in interactive media and design and community relations. Resource Education Coordinator for the State of Florida for a national financial firm, instructing numerous professionals and students in personal development, workflow and resource allocation.
Educational: 3 degrees; Photography, Video & Motion Graphics, Interactive Media & Design.

Let's commence by establishing your learning style, evaluating your strengths and weakness, assets and goals. This allows us to collaborate in developing the best method of navigating through the resources available to you, ultimately tailoring an action plan to meet your needs from initial consult to final result.
During our initial consultation, I listen to your ideas and focus on educating you about the importance behind creating a time-tracking spreadsheet as well as understanding key factors such as; your most effective working hours and developing protocols to overcome obstacles thus elevating you to the next level in your goals. Once we have laid a base foundation, I encourage you to identify your core values, ethics and workflow.
The end result is an action plan that aligns with your goals. The combination of my ingenuity and resources allows me to customize your tutoring sessions for your maximum benefit. I look forward to teaming with you to build confidence and achieve success.
