About Elise
I have been a web designer and graphic artist since 2000. I started out teaching graphics and web design as a hobby, then started my own business in 2000. In 2010 I graduated cum laude from Westwood College of Technology and Design with a bachelors in Web Design and Multimedia. See below for list of proficiencies.
I have been teaching, in one form or another, since 1994. Most recently, I taught Web and Graphic Design as a vocational course in my state's correctional system. I taught in a prison, and my students had little to no computer experience, let alone any web or graphic design experience. Several of my students went from knowing nearly nothing to obtaining gainful employment in the web and graphic design field after their release. If I can teach them, I can teach you.
I currently work in marketing for a bankers' banc, and I work as a graphic designer and social media manager for a promotional products company.
My current graphic design website is located at (concealed information) but I have several other sites as well, and a resume I can send on request.

I have a passion for teaching, for helping others to achieve their dreams, even the dreams they never thought they could achieve. I believe that if you find a student's communication style, you can present the information to that student in a way that makes sense and makes it possible for them to take in and retain that information.
