What I liked misted about the training session is how the sequences built upon themselves. The first part of our session what an assessment of the basic knowledge I already have. The last half of the session challenged my knowledge when we added flows style striking and combining upper and lower strikes and blocks with in the sequence. I had a good time. Thank you. :).

Matt is approachable and open minded, and can take strategies from other systems to develop a complete fighter. He's able to customize the training to individuals, instead of the cookie cutter lessons at most gyms. He's helped me develop my own game plan and apply it in fighting, as well as advising me on conditioning, nutrition and so on.
