I take a student-centered approach, focusing on understanding each learner’s strengths, challenges, and learning style. I combine clear explanations with interactive problem-solving, visual aids, and step-by-step demonstrations. I emphasize mastery of concepts before moving to advanced topics and encourage active participation through questions, examples, and practical exercises.
Typical Lesson Plan:
Assessment & Review (5–10 mins): Identify what the student already knows and areas needing reinforcement.
Introduction of New Concepts (10–15 mins): Explain the topic using clear examples and visual aids.
Guided Practice (15–20 mins): Work through exercises together, correcting errors and clarifying misconceptions.
Independent Practice (10–15 mins): Student attempts problems on their own while I provide support as needed.
Recap & Feedback (5–10 mins): Review key points, assign practice exercises, and set learning goals for the next session.
