About Angela
Currently I instruct Spanish to an elementary student via Zoom. I'm available during Co-vid19 for online tutoring. During the school year I work as a bilingual aide so I do speak English and Spanish and can tutor for either language. I have taught Spanish to middle school students in the past. I also have worked with ESL populations in school settings and as an AmeriCorps Volunteer. I especially enjoy working with grades K-6. I do my best to make learning fun!
I really enjoy reaching students on both an academic and social level. I am happy when I receive positive feedback from students that shows me that they are learning and in a structured but fun way! I have worked as an educator since 2003 in multiple capacities to include AmeriCorps volunteer, teacher, college tutor, aide, substitute, home school teacher and more recently as a bilingual long-term substitute teacher.
I began first as an AmeriCorps volunteer with a high school ESL population.
I do have a teaching certificate. I currently work with bilingual students and have in the past. I recently taught fourth grade dual language.

I have worked as a substitute and assistant to grades Pre-K through 12th(Senior year). I currently work with elementary students in a Dual Language Program.
