About Meg
I have extensive experience coaching and training all types of athletes, both recreationally and competitively, in individual and in group settings. I played basketball at Montreat College where I learned the discipline it takes to play at a collegiate level. My experience as both an athlete and a trainer allows me to understand the challenges clients face and to create supportive, motivating environments that help them succeed. My coaching experience spans multiple levels, from youth level beginners to intermediate who are looking to improve their basketball performance. I am committed to continuous learning to enhance my coaching skills, for you and for me!
