We are professionally trained and practicing artist with Bachelor digrees in Fine Art, so we are equipted to teach techniques at every level of interest.

We love taking on unique artistic inspiration our guests bring to us and welcome them to submit any painting image ideas they wish to learn.

Just email us your requests (concealed information)

We love teaching painting to guests. The moment when a guest realizes they are painting with success and confidence is our favorite moment.

I just found it comes easy to me and I enjoy the process so its a win win for everyone involved.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art with a focus on Painting, drawing and Commercial Art. I have taught a variety of art programs to students and adults for over 30 years.  I have applied my skills in many industries such as theater shop scenic painting, public art projects, team building workshops, art workshops in schools, family court and correction centers, and summer programs.  I have been operating my business, Art Experience, for four years with weekly classes. I have held many gallery shows and sell art to clients regularly.

I like to meet with a student in the virtual studio and review what knowledge they have for the medium and materials.  It is ok not to have any knowledge, I just need to find a point of starting.

Students can either purchase thier own materials from a list I provide or I can send them a paint kit with all the supplies needed for a painting the choose.

My method is project based learning which is fun for the student becouse right away they can see results completing the project.

I have worked with a full age range and capability of students from elementary school age to residents of retirement facilities. I have taught fundamentals and advanced drawing and painting classes.   In my previous non-profit social art work, I focused time on at-risk youth and youth with the family court system and detention facilities.

I would advise to look for reviews online, talk with them on the phone and visit them in their studio.  The best education will come from someone you feel comfortable with and whose artwork skills you understand and respect.

I love working with guests to develop thier voice in painting.  I have multiple students that painted with me and now enjoy working on thier own.  Two of my students had art shows in a downtown gallery as a result  of painting with me.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The big question I recommend is to decide on what you want to achieve in the painting sessions.

Do you want to learn how to paint a particular image?

Do you want to learn how to paint a particular style?

Do you want to paint a series of paintings to show?

We are happy to anwer any questions and work to develop a unique art experience tailored just for our guest.  (concealed information)
