Hello my name is Vernon Bradley I am a CPT, LMT
both go hand in hand. I do a variety of training from strength & conditioning, muscle building to cardio, rehabilitation, form. I do a variety or treatments from stretching, joint mobilization and massage to help alleviate pain & soreness in joints and muscles.
Basketball training from strength, cardio, endurance, dribbling, footwork, shooting.
20 years coaching boys/girls basketball. 10 + years as a personal trainer, developing young athletes for competitive sports or just all around healthy lifestyle. Military training for athletes or individuals going into the military.
