About Anita

As a teacher and personal trainer, I am aware that our goal inspired journeys are different. I respect that my clients are not all on the same fitness level; nor, do they have the same goals. My prescribed programs are individual. They are independently designed to meet the unique goals of each person I train.

The most rewarding aspect of my career both as teacher and personal trainer is to be a part of what I call "the lightbulb moment!" When people realize, acknowledge and perform to their potential, it is as rewarding as hitting the lottery for me! (Well, almost)...

I have earned a degree in Personal Training and Nutrition from the National Personal Training Institute in Vienna Virginia
