I've been working with Joy for about 5 weeks now and I have truly LOVED it! Each workout session is different and challenging in it's own way, which keeps me engaged and enjoying the experience. If you want a challenge from a trainer that is also patient in explaining steps, and safe modifications to meet all levels, you should definitely try Forward Fitness!
