Customized strength training, considering strengthening posture, balance, flexibility, mobility. Especially helpful for those 50 and older. It's never too late to get started! Personal Trainer since 2000. Also teach general fitness classes with the Community College of Baltimore County.
Certifications with American Council on Exercise: Personal Trainer (2000), Group Fitness Instructor (2005), and Behavior Change (2018). Community Health Educator Specialist (since 2009, National Commission of Health Education Specialists).
