Doing a walk-through of the gym and a review of what they've been doing and what are their goals they are trying to achieve.
We have all types of students that we work with, from professional athletes and student athletes right down to a stay at home mom trying to lose 10 pounds.
Remember you are also doing the interviewing, ask questions and find out as much as you possibly can of what you're going to be doing and how long before you should see some results.
Our Saturday morning group classes are very high energy and informative.
