About Bryant
I'm able to incorporate boxing into my client's training sessions for those who don't like the typical form of cardio like jogging on the treadmill.
I love seeing how happy my clients get when they start seeing results. That is why I became a personal trainer.
I got into fitness myself after being somewhat overweight and just fell in love with it. I love sharing my passion for fitness with others.

I like to get to know the person first and find out what their goals are to see if we could work together.
I've generally worked with beginners either focusing on weight loss or for strength and hypertrophy.
Make sure the trainer is actually there for you helping you reach YOUR goals.
