About Amanda
I started training about 8 years ago, when I lost nearly 50 lbs myself! The motivation I felt to help myself transitioned to motivation to help others achieve their goals. I would love to help you reach your health and fitness goals! I am an NASM certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and Precision Nutrition nutrition coach.
I love helping clients achieve what they set out to do. I know what it's like to be overweight, untrained, and uncertain as to how to go about starting a fitness journey. Let me help you get healthy and accomplish your goals!
