About Carlos
My name is Carlos. I've been a Fitness Professional for over 16 years. I love helping people reach their fitness and wellness goals. I have trained all types of people, from young children to the elderly.
When I am not training, I love playing soccer. I was born in Brazil, so it's in my blood. I've played since the early age of four.
My national certifications are NASM Personal Trainer and Performance Exercise Specialist, Cooper Institute Personal Trainer, Biomechanics, and Low Back and Posture Specialist.

We always begin with your foundation, your core, the work on glute strength, balance, total body, and resistance training for your four major muscle groups...chest, back, shoulders, and legs. We finish up with a cardio finisher to help accelerate fat burn.
Being a certified personal trainer for over 20 years, I've worked with all types of clients from kids ages 12 and above, senior citizens, and athletes.
I would have him/her look at the teacher's certifications and experience.
I helped one of my clients lose 190 lbs in 14 months.
