What makes me love personal training is that I was fat myself for a long time. It cost me my crush in Jr. High and my confidence in High School. Never fully understood why people mistreated me until I started learning about exercise and nutrition, and more importantly, putting what I learned into practice. My whole life became like a dream. People respected me. I LIKED the way I looked in the mirror. Once I saw that I could accomplish the same results for other people, that I could make them experience the same transformation that I did and make a living from it, I went into training and never looked back.
I am nationally certified by the National Academy of Sport's Medicine holding a CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification in addition to my Bachelor's of Arts and 8 years of experience training clients.

Our first session starts with a fitness assessment to determine which muscles may need to be retrained in order to reach your fitness goal. Then, we create an exercise plan (for instance, a strength training plan for bodybuilding or a HIIT plan for weight loss). Finally, we go over nutrition "missions," bits of information to upgrade your diet and help you lose weight.
