About Stephen
If someone needs 30 minutes or 2 hours I give them what they need for that day. Everyone is different and I train with each person based on what they want & need. I do not encourage or apply generic workout programs to everyone.
I have been fortunate to work with a wide variety of clients. I have worked with professional athletes and several professional cheerleaders for the Dallas Maverick's and the Kansas City Chiefs. I have had the most joy in training with several individuals who were disabled. Watching a persons confidence and self esteem grow after traumatic event has been the greatest reward from training.
I worked as a strength & endurance trainer for over 10 years at Fayetteville Athletic Club and believe I'm still listed on their website.
