About Josh
Former professional MMA fighter and NASM certified personal trainer who is passionate about helping people reach their health and fitness goals. I have work experience in both a public gym settings, as a trainer and manager, and in a private settings as a mobile personal trainer. I work with clients to educate and encourage them to live a healthier and happier lifestyle through fitness. All of my fitness plans are modified to fit each individuals goals.
I enjoy meeting and working with new people. Int gives me the chance to design new fitness plans and help people enjoy healthier lifestyles.

Typically we would set up a consultation to get to know each other. After we would go through a brief postural assessment followed by a thirty minute workout. The whole process is usually about 45 minutes.
