About Mike
I specialize in training in small areas. By this I mean small apartment gyms, a room in your home, or at your local park. I have my own equipment but I also use whats around me. If you understand how the human body moves and operates.Then you don't need all of the equipment that a big box gym offers.
My area's of specialty is core strengthening/toning, nutrition, and low back pain management/relief. I also train in weight management and building muscle, but any reputable trainer already has a prerequisite of that.
I have locations that I use to train people out of. I also travel to clients and do virtual sessions.
