About Tommy

Hello All, We are a small fitness business looking to make a big impact on your life. We offer 2 ways to get started with us. We have Online (Digital) Training where we deliver your program to you through your smart phone with video directions and communicate to you daily via messaging to ensure optimal results. We also have In Person Training, this takes place in our facility that is designed to be exclusive to our clients. We specialize in joint mobility and weight loss. Joint Mobility - Manage and prevent joint pain and stiffness by identifying the root cause of the issue. Then designing a fitness regimen specifically for you. This includes resistance training, stretching and yes the dreaded foam roll. Through out your program you will feel better, move better and take less pain meds. Weight Loss - I get this question a lot. I'm heavy, do you work with people like me. YES!!!! No matter how heavy you are we are here to help you. We start at the level of the client not the level of the trainer. If we just need to start by short burst of walking that is what we will do. We all start somewhere and we don't expect you to be in shape or even know what you are doing to work with us. We work with ages 12+ Try us out you wont be disappointed. All prices are quoted at the lowest 30 min price and are subject to change based on program chosen.

After 20 years of being in the industry I have had much joy watching people take their life back and not allow the world to dictate how they feel about themselves. We must all age, it is part of life. How we age is up to us, I myself enjoy aging gracefully and helping others do the same. If this sounds like you, we may be a great fit for working together.
