About Damun
I’m a therapeutic Massage Therapist with training from overs and I’m 26 years in the fitness/Bodybuilding industry . I was an international competitor in Bodybuilding. I know about the nutri and the biochemistry of the body. I was a medical technical specialist in Austria for 10 years with that background I’m My unique I know all about injury work, post surgery recovery, speed eligibility , strength and condition and functional workout.
