About Carlos
•••Due to COVID 19 I am currently only offering Virtual Training via Zoom or Webex.•••
For over twenty years I have been able to live out my passion by helping clients in the Greenwich CT and surrounding areas regain and maintain their youthful fitness dreams while keeping them injury-free.
I meet with most clients in their home and also work out of a small gym in Greenwich for those that prefer to exercise in a gym.
I am a graduate of SCSU with a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and have been certified by the American Council of Exercise as a Personal Trainer for over 20 years.
As a life-long fitness enthusiast myself, I love sharing my passion with others. It is very rewarding helping others overcome their fears and physical issues to become healthy, fit and to be able to enjoy an active lifestyle.
I have been an avid exerciser and athlete all of my life. I always enjoyed sharing my passion for exercise and fitness with my friends and family. This evolved into my formal education and current fitness business.

1. I offer a Free 15 minute phone consultation in which we can briefly cover any questions are health concerns of the potential client.
2. If we are a good fit we schedule the first session in which we begin to plan a program around the client's goals.
